Unless otherwise indicated, Demetra Monocrusso owns copyright for the content presented in the event. Some of the copyright for the content on this website may be owned by the American Institute for Mental Imagery where Demetra Monocrusso has been trained and for which she has permission to use.
If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorised use of the material may lead to legal action.
Registrations
By registering for an event, consent is given for application details to be provided to Demetra Monocrusso to set up the event.
Recording of Events
Events will be recorded by Demetra Monocrusso for educational and research purposes. By registering to an event you are at the same time consenting to the recording of the event. The recorded events are to be viewed by the registrants only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced by registrants on their mobile phones or computers during the event. Doing may lead to legal action.
Cancellation and Refund
Registration for an event may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the commencement of the event and only upon written notification sent to demetra@demetramonocrusso.com. In this case, registrants will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours or in the event of no show of the registrant, a refund will not be given.
If for any reason, the event needs to be cancelled by Demetra Monocrusso, a notification email will be sent as soon as possible and registrants will receive a full refund.
Refunds are not made for missed classes. If you need to miss a class, you will be sent a recording of the lesson. Recordings are not available if you miss more than one class.
Event materials
All event-related materials remain copyright of Demetra Monocrusso. They must not be distributed to any third party at any time or in any form without written permission from Demetra Monocrusso, otherwise any unauthorised use of the material may lead to legal action.
