    What if I don't dream or don't remember my dreams?

    Everyone dreams during sleep, even if they do not recall their dreams. Forgetting dreams is typically due to a lack of connection with one’s inner mental processes, but it can be addressed through specific practices.

    A common recommendation is to set the intention before sleep to remember dreams and immediately upon waking, to write down any fragments of memory or feelings. Keeping a dream journal by the bedside can help strengthen the ability to recall dreams over time.

    Additionally, using imagery exercises before sleep can also encourage dream recall. These exercises help stimulate the mind’s natural imagery processes, making it easier to access dreams upon waking.
