MENTAL IMAGERY EXERCISE
First, set your intention. What change do you wish to implement and are unsure about how to go about it?
Sit up straight in a chair, legs and arms uncrossed and close your eyes. Breathe evenly and regularly– long slow exhalations through the mouth and brief, normal inhalations through the nose. After several of these full respiratory cycles:
See that you are on your way towards what you wish to manifest. The path has not been formed yet. Look down at your feet and take one step. See, sense and feel the path forming with each step you take. How do you feel?
On the next long out-breath…
Inhale blue-golden light from the sky and sense it filling your entire body. As you exhale, feel any sense of doubt and fear you may be experiencing in the form of grey smoke. Continue walking and forming the path with each step you take, while you inhale the blue-golden light and exhale grey smoke. With every left foot forward inhale blue-golden light and with every right foot forward exhale grey smoke. Do this until you feel that you are exhaling clear, transparent air. Know that by doing this, you are strengthening yourself on a cellular level with clear energy and this is helping form the path of your life direction in faith and with the knowledge that you are spiritually strong to move forward.
How do you feel?
On the next long out-breath, open your eyes.
Write down your experience.
Don’t spend more than a minute or two on the exercise. These exercises are not meant to be done for more than one or two minutes. By doing them, you receive small doses of light on a daily basis and you breathe life into your intention and strengthen your voluntary will.
It’s just like in homeopathy, the principle of which is that small doses accelerate the healing and transformational process, whereas extended stimuli suppress it.
